Brewing Turkish coffee the traditional way

• 100% Arabica coffee beans, finely ground for an authentic brew.
• 250g net weight for many cups of strong, fragrant coffee.
• Add 6g of coffee to 65ml of water and stir over low heat in a cezve.
• Made in Turkey by Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi.

To prepare, stir the coffee and water together in a cezve over low heat, adding sugar if desired. As it begins to boil, share the foam between the cups, then reheat the remaining coffee and pour it slowly so each cup keeps its prized layer of foam on top.
